Interactions can be characterised by different design qualities. Thus qualities often define the users perceived level of quality when interacting with a system. This model defines values to describe such a quality to better understand current or propose future interactive concepts.

a) Qualities that reflect a personality which is trusted, intelligent and reliable:
formal, solid, slow, static, complex

b) Qualities that reflect a personality which is engaging, open and friendly:
playful, intuitive, fast, dynamic, simple
